Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec commonly called GT3 is the best driving / racing games available on any platform. The physics behind the game is so accurate it is more like a simulation than a racing game.

I will guide you through various strategies used for playing this game along with a few cheat code that can be used.

Arcade Mode
In this mode you can race in various tracks in different cars. The cars divided into Class C Class B Class A Class S Rally Tracks are also divided into six (6) Tiers. Initially only the track in 1st Tier is shown. You must win all the tracks in one tier in either Easy, Normal or Hard mode to unlock on the next Tiers. Circuit with II at the end of their name simply means that you are racing in the reverse direction.

Simulation Mode
It is in this mode that you will spend most of your time. Simulation mode is divided into different sub categories.
First this you need before playing in this mode is to obtain a car.

First Car

Go Racing
Now that you obtain your first car you can go racing. Read the event guide for details on each league, events and races.

The first few races in the Beginner League does not require any license. But as you progress into the game you are required to obtain a certain license to race is specific events. Check the License section for details.
